FM Logistic Ukraine, as part of the FM Foundation, cooperates with another charitable organization in Ukraine – the Dobryak Charitable Foundation, which is engaged in social work in centers for social and psychological rehabilitation of children, shelters, boarding schools, orphanages, etc.

The Dobriak Charitable Foundation has a wonderful project called “Interactive Lessons: an Alternative to Violence,” which focuses on helping children and teaching them to avoid and resist violence and bullying. These practical classes help reduce violence in deviant teenage society by using alternative tools and methods of conflict resolution.

During the classes, children work through certain difficult psychological situations they face and learn tools to get out of them.

The topics of these trainings are as follows:

1. Development of cooperation skills. Children’s team building.

2. Prevention of negative phenomena (smoking, alcohol, abuse, etc.).

3. Setting personal boundaries and respecting the boundaries of other children.

4. Increasing self-esteem, listening skills, building trusting relationships.

Thanks to the funds allocated by the FM Foundation, the Dobryak Charitable Foundation held a two-day workshop on alternatives to violence, which was attended by 30 teenagers.

Four FM Logistic Ukraine employees joined the project.

Girls from the Human Resources Department and the Commercial Department, which deals with transportation services, attended the event, got to know the teenagers and did various psychological exercises with them to help children resist violence in the social environment. We thank our employees Olena Tereshchenko, Anastasia Galich, Polina Zaverusa and Oksana Shyta for their active participation in the project.

We also express our gratitude to FM Foundation for the opportunity to be involved in such a wonderful initiative.

Together we are improving the lives of others!
